1. Return & Exchange Timeframe

Items are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To ensure fairness for all customers, returned or exchanged items must meet the following conditions:

    Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Product Condition
    Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • Original Packaging
    All tags, labels, and original packaging must remain intact.

  • Items Not Eligible for Return
    Final sale items, personalized or custom-made products, and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.

3. Return Process

    Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the request.

    Please do not send items back without authorization, as unauthorized returns may experience delays.

  3. Secure Packaging
    Pack the item carefully to prevent damage during shipping.

  4. Ship the Item
    Send the return according to the instructions provided by our support team.

4. Return Shipping Responsibility
  • Customer Preference Returns
    If the return is due to a change of mind, sizing preference, or personal choice, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Our Responsibility
    If the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover return shipping costs or provide a replacement at no additional charge.

5. Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges for a different size or color, subject to availability.
Please follow the same return process and clearly indicate “Exchange” in your request.

For quicker delivery, our support team may recommend placing a new order while your return is being processed.

6. Inspection & Refund Processing

    Returned items are inspected within 7 business days after arrival.

  • Approved Returns
    Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Rejected Returns
    Items that do not meet return eligibility requirements may be sent back to the customer at their expense.
